What to expect

As a naturopathic intuitive, I help you translate your body signals, language, emotional cues and areas of resistance into gifts of growth and transformation to become the most thriving and vibrant version of yourself.

Our body never lies. It gives us real time feedback of our inner world. Unprocessed pain, unhealed trauma, unforgiveness, shame, blame and judgements manifest in our outer world. By translating body symptoms, we can discover unconscious thoughts, patterns or behaviours that are preventing us from thriving.

While working on healing from the inside out, Naturopathic Wisdom is used to support your body to find balance and healing. Nourishing foods, healing plant medicine and lifestyle changes are prescribed to suit your unique journey.

Our language provides valuable insight into patterns of self-sabotage, sub-conscious beliefs and limitations. By identifying and upgrading language that is less than our highest choice, we create a new frequency around our lives to support our growth and healing.

Emotions that are stuffed and buried remain in our body and energetic field until they are touched with love and released with forgiveness. These unprocessed emotions cause disharmony and dis-ease in our body, preventing us from being present in the moment. Our willingness to courageously feel the depths of pain, positions us to experience the heights of joy.

The mirror verse is a priceless gift, reflecting back to us everything we need to grow and transform into the beautiful beings of light that we are.  When we can see that everything in life is happening FOR us, rather than against us, we can radically trust the unfolding of life.
