A follow up consult is designed to celebrate progress, make adjustments as needed and provide ongoing support for your health journey.

Empowerment coaching is a truly authentic ‘naturopathy for the soul'. Together we will explore your body signals, your emotional cues and any areas of resistance that offer us valuable insight for the soul’s journey.

Juice Cleansing
60 mins | from $123
I offer individual juice cleanse coaching or group coaching over spring and summer. A juice cleanse can be from anywhere from 3 to 30 days starting from $123.
Cleansing allows our bodies to release toxins that have stored up over time and it enables the body to reset. Read about my 30 day juice cleanse HERE to discover the power of juicing to heal imbalances in the body.
Coaching through a juice cleanse includes guidelines, recipes, a shopping list, a private or group call before the cleanse as well as ongoing support during the cleanse. Keep your eye out for a group juice cleanse in the warmer months.
