Together we explore your current health challenges to customise a holistic cleanse for you. From juicing, to smoothies and salads, we combine dietary changes with energetic cleansing to let go of all that no longer serves you.

Naturopathic wisdom and personal experience are combined to safely transition into your cleanse and continue with healthy habits afterwards.

This 4 month journey is designed to activate and align your rainbow light body, equipping you to create and maintain harmony from the inside out. Each session is devoted to one of the 7 chakras or energy centres, giving you spaciousness to explore each one in depth with full support.
