Okay so I have a new addiction these days! This tahini dressing is MOREish! Yum yum yum 😋 What a way to turn a salad into a taste sensation.
🍃 I look forward to trying more variations to this dressing but for now, this hits the spot and only 2 mins to whip up, it’s a yes from me 🤩
o 1 lemon
o 1 clove of garlic
o 4 tablespoons tahini (I prefer unhulled)
o 4 tablespoons of water.
o salt and pepper to taste
1. Juice the lemon, add all the other ingredients and blitz with a stick blender.
2. If its too runny, add tahini, if its too thick, add water or more lemon 🍋
3. Add to your salad and store the rest in a little container in the fridge for up to ….hmm I don’t know how many days because I always eat it within 2 days 😝
