Homemade Muesli

HOMEMADE MUESLI is so easy to make and delicious to eat! We get all our ingredients in bulk from Ceres Organics which makes it even more affordable and nutritious. 5-10 mins to whip up, 10-20 mins to toast to perfection, then let it cool and store in an air tight container.

I like my muesli crunchy and not very Oaty so that’s also why it’s great to make your own. And you can make heaps so it lasts longer too.

This batch made 2 trays …
2 cups oats
2 cups coconut flakes
2 cups buckwheat groats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup puffed buckwheat
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup Brazil nuts
4 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut oil

I add dried fruit for the children afterwards but I like to add fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt to mine 👌🏼 Enjoy with chia pudding, coconut yoghurt and some plant based milk for a healthy breakfast, snack or in my case, even dinner sometimes when it is too hot to cook.
